Domestic orders are shipped through Australia Post's Parcel Post and included in the price of each subscription.

+ When will my parcel arrive?

Subscription parcels should arrive in the first week of the month, however this does depend on how busy the Australia Post network is.

+ Is the shipping tracked?

All NovelTea parcels are sent tracked through Australia Post.

+ What happens if I move or change addresses?

You can update your address details at any time on your account page. If you change your address feel free to contact me as well, just in case I miss the update! If you need to update the address of a gift subscription recipient, please contact me.

+ What happens if I think my order has been lost?

Please check that your order hasn't simply been delayed by the postage system or by customs first, before assuming that your order has been lost. If you are convinced that your order has been lost then please contact me and I will see what I can do for you.
